Seminar Recap:

A huge thank you to Coach Burak Sari and the local Urban Boxing community for hosting us on September 3rd last year in Seven Hills. The turnout and energy from the Toongabbie and Seven Hills crew was incredible.

This seminar focused solely on neck health—an area often overlooked in combat sports but critical for performance, injury prevention, and concussion resilience. We explored the unique demands placed on the cervical spine and delivered evidence-based strategies to help athletes build robustness through targeted exercises and management techniques.

We wrapped up with a great Q&A session, and we’re proud to support such a fast-growing and passionate gym in Western Sydney.
