On August 14th, we hosted an injury prevention seminar focused on building shoulder and neck resilience—helping boxers stay consistent in training and competition. With insights from guest musculoskeletal physiotherapist @jimkneey, it was an incredible evening of learning and connection at our home gym. We’re grateful for the energy and support from everyone who attended.
Jimmy delivered an in-depth session on shoulder mechanics and injury prevention, while I focused on neck resilience—an often overlooked area in combat sports.
