Seminar Recap:

A big thank you to the team at IMC Prospect for hosting us on May 1st last year for an engaging and informative injury prevention seminar. It was a privilege to work with one of Western Sydney’s most respected mixed combat sports gyms, guided by coaches Tyrone, Jack and John.

The seminar focused on building resilience through spinal care and concussion management. We shared practical strategies and exercises to help athletes train smarter, avoid setbacks and extend their time in the sport.

Thank you again to the IMC Prospect community for the warm welcome and strong participation throughout the evening.
